These popcorns are so easy while so delicious, you should really try to make it once by yourself. You can use white or yellow corn popcorns, Bob’s Red Meal is a brand I like.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup popcorn seeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place coconut oil in a deep pot on medium heat. Add one popcorn seed into the pot.
- After a couple of minutes, the popcorn seed will pop, then we know the oil is ready.
- Add the coconut sugar and the rest of the popcorn seeds in the pot and cover it with a lid.
- Shake the pan continuously to keep the corn moving and to keep the sugar from burning. The corn will be popping for a few minutes. Do not open the lid during this time.
- Wait until there is no more popping sound, turn off the heat and pour into a large baking sheet. Sprinkle some salt to taste.
- Toss with a wooden spoon to mix and break up caramelized corn.
- Once cool, add some dried berries for color or enjoy on its own.
