Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1 handful shelled pistachio (about 20)
- 3 springs fresh cilantro
- 4 kale leaves, stems removed (press down into about 1 cup)
- a couple of ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients (liquid first, kale leaves last) in your vitamix (or other high powered blender), start on low and gradually increase to high, use a tamper to push down kale leaves when needed, blend about 45 seconds or until smooth. Top with slices of banana, kiwi and crashed pistachios and enjoy!
